Our Process

From First Enquiry to Final Follow-Up

A straightforward working method, so you always know where a requirement stands and who is handling it.
  1. 01

    Requirement & Enquiry

You tell us the vessel, the port or position, the dates and what is needed. Enquiries reach us by phone, e-mail or the form on this site, and our 24 / 7 contact is published for anything urgent.

  2. 02

    Technical Assessment

We review the scope against what the job actually involves — drawings or samples for fabrication, specifications for spares, quantities for stores, access and timing for work alongside.

  3. 03

    Quotation & Planning

You receive a quotation covering the agreed scope, together with the plan for how and when it will be carried out.

  4. 04

    Coordination & Preparation

Boats, tugs, barges and cranes are arranged where required. Spares and stores are cleared, warehoused and consolidated so the vessel receives one coordinated delivery.

  5. 05

    Service Execution

The work is carried out — crew movements, supply, fabrication or afloat repair — with our team coordinating between the vessel, the port and the contractors involved.

  6. 06

    Completion & Follow-Up

Delivery is confirmed, documentation is passed back, and we stay reachable for anything arising after the call.

Step by Step

What happens at each stage

No certification, audit regime or guaranteed response time is claimed here — only the working method itself.
