Ship Agency Services
Port and ship agency support covering crew changes, launches, bunkers and lubricants, boat arrangements, fresh water, clearing, warehousing, stores and spares.
Overview
About our Ship Agency
Burgeon acts as port agents, ship agents and shipyard agents, coordinating the shore-side and husbandry arrangements a vessel depends on while it calls at port or lies within and outside port limits — from crew movements and launches through to bunkers, boat arrangements and fresh water.
Requirements are handled as a single coordinated scope, so masters, technical managers and procurement teams work with one point of contact rather than several separate suppliers, right through to clearing, warehousing, consolidation and delivery of stores and spares.

Benefits
Why route this through Burgeon
Port agents, ship agents, shipyard agents
The group operates across all three agency roles, so a single team can follow a vessel from arrival through to yard work.
One coordinated port call
Crew, launches, bunkers, water, stores and spares arranged through a single point of contact instead of several unrelated suppliers.
In and outside port limits
Boat arrangements and fresh water supply are handled both within port limits and at outer port limits.
Heavy lift and stores together
Floating barge and crane arrangements sit alongside cleared, warehoused and consolidated stores, delivered as one call.

Our Process
From First Enquiry to Final Follow-Up
- 01
Requirement & Enquiry
You tell us the vessel, the port or position, the dates and what is needed. Enquiries reach us by phone, e-mail or the form on this site, and our 24 / 7 contact is published for anything urgent.
- 02
Technical Assessment
We review the scope against what the job actually involves — drawings or samples for fabrication, specifications for spares, quantities for stores, access and timing for work alongside.
- 03
Quotation & Planning
You receive a quotation covering the agreed scope, together with the plan for how and when it will be carried out.
- 04
Coordination & Preparation
Boats, tugs, barges and cranes are arranged where required. Spares and stores are cleared, warehoused and consolidated so the vessel receives one coordinated delivery.
- 05
Service Execution
The work is carried out — crew movements, supply, fabrication or afloat repair — with our team coordinating between the vessel, the port and the contractors involved.
- 06
Completion & Follow-Up
Delivery is confirmed, documentation is passed back, and we stay reachable for anything arising after the call.
